Though they may try, the owners have not captured the essence and culinary art of sushi. This is another Chinese foray into making money on Americans who don't know the difference between one sushi restaurant or the next. I don't know if I'll ever bring my business back there. In my opinion customers happiness should be #1 priority and in this case it was not. I can't begin to explain how upsetting this situation was they purposely started our dinner early than theirs so we can finish before them.
